Part-Time Remote Proofreader for Business Advertising

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Proofreader to join our team at LAW Publications. In this role, you will ensure that our business advertising materials are accurate, polished, and compliant with contracts before they go to print. What You'll Do

• Review magazine layouts and verify that business ads match their contracts.
• Confirm product customization aligns with submitted order requirements.
• Cross-reference Salesforce CRM data against published ads.
• Communicate corrections clearly with the team to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for errors in all proofreading tasks.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Prior experience in proofreading or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
