- Help organize training sessions and maintain sign-in sheets and related documentation.
- Keep the office organized, ensuring that frequently used documents and forms are readily available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
- Professional communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including email, spreadsheets, and document management.
