  • Support the Office Manager with invoice routing and tracking, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
  • Assist employees with routine inquiries, providing guidance on processes and necessary contacts.
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork and maintain employee file documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Help organize training sessions and maintain sign-in sheets and related documentation.
  • Keep the office organized, ensuring that frequently used documents and forms are readily available.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Professional communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including email, spreadsheets, and document management.
