Occupational Health Specialist - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees through comprehensive health assessments and preventive measures. As an Occupational Health Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in promoting a healthy workplace environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform annual physical examinations and monitor health data for employees.
- Assess and analyze annual physical examination data, designing preventive actions such as scheduling doctor appointments and organizing health improvement classes.
- Evaluate the risk of occupational injuries among high-risk workers and recommend preventive actions.
- Investigate and manage occupational injury prevention and provide health advice.
- Coordinate medical emergency responses, training, and first aid for employees.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies to ensure readiness.
- Support office administration functions as needed.
Requirements
- Must possess a registered nurse license.
- Completion of Occupational Labor Health Service Nursing training and an Occupational Health Nurse license are required.
- At least three years of relevant experience in occupational health.
