About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Night Crew Leader to join our team at Moxy Bristol. This remote Night Crew Leader position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing the night operations of the hotel, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while embodying the Moxy brand's fun and relaxed atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the night audit and balance the day's business to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day, managing all aspects of the night-to-night operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive guest relations to create memorable experiences.
• Lead and develop a team that delivers exceptional service the Moxy way.
• Manage food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with safety and licensing policies.
• Control hotel room inventory and efficiently check guests in and out.
• Promote the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program to enhance guest engagement.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety policies to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the service industry with a focus on team management.
• Familiarity with property management systems, preferably Opera.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros.
• Understanding of food safety and licensing laws.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and balance hard work with great service.
• Personal experience in travel and the travel industry is advantageous.

• Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality sector.
