Your responsibilities will include verifying daily accounting activities and compiling reports for management's review. What You'll Do

• Verify daily accounting activity and compile accurate reports for management review.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance department totals and ensure all house charges are posted accurately.
• Report any emergencies, accidents, or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain a consistent professional attitude while communicating with guests and associates.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Perform special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; night auditor experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and hospitality industry practices.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
