Sales and Affiliate Marketing Internship - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Sales and Affiliate Marketing Internship at BitMEX, a leading exchange for crypto derivatives. This remote internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of sales and marketing within the cryptocurrency sector. As a Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our experienced sales team, contributing to our growth strategy across various European markets.

What You'll Do

• Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients.
• Assist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data.
• Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources.
• Engage in outreach efforts to potential and existing affiliates and clients through email communications and calls.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, including online webinars and offline events at conferences.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related field.
• A strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets.
• Previous exposure in a client-facing role, handling client objections regardless of industry.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

Nice to Have

• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards finding solutions.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
