Motion Designer - Creative Visual Storytelling

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join NEXT Ventures. As a Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting dynamic visual experiences that define how our brands communicate with the world. This Motion Designer remote position allows you to work with a global team, creating engaging motion graphics and animated visuals that resonate with audiences worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animated explainers, and visual storytelling assets.
• Develop visually engaging logo animations, intros/outros, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Create motion-first content for platforms like YouTube, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and internal brand communication.
• Lead the creation of animated assets for educational content, trader insights, tutorials, and campaign messages.
• Apply advanced animation techniques, including simulation effects, compositing, 3D rendering, camera movement, and VFX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer in a fast-paced environment, ideally in branding, marketing, or fintech.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D / Blender, and Figma.
• Strong skills in 3D animation, typography animation, VFX and compositing, storyboarding, and animatics.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience producing ads, animated explainers, social reels, brand visuals, and UI/UX motion elements.
• Strong visual communication skills and an understanding of brand identity systems.
