About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Processor II to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. As a Mortgage Loan Processor II, you will play a vital role in facilitating the loan process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
What You'll Do
- Process mortgage loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- Utilize Encompass LOS for loan processing and management.
- Review loan files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with FHA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all loan files.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
- Proficiency in Encompass software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with DE underwriting and loan servicing.
- Knowledge of VA and FHA loans.
