About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Operations Manager - Remote to lead our mobile operations team and enhance customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven performance and KPI monitoring to drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee mobile operations, focusing on client engagement and prospecting to maximize B2B sales.
• Utilize data engineering techniques to analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with product management and program management teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives for activation and retention, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile operations management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, AWS, SQL, and performance monitoring.
• Proven track record in account management and enterprise sales.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SaaS and product-led growth strategies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Magento and Skubana platforms.
• Experience in compliance and operational support.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
