About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-team projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards through structured management and oversight.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and practices to enhance team collaboration.
• Track team capacity, velocity, and sprint progress to improve efficiency.
• Manage project risks and implement change management processes effectively.
• Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Monitor team performance using optimal metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in incident management and quality monitoring to uphold standards.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to build a strong team.
• Provide recommendations for project management process improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in a remote setting.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Experience building processes within a Scrum team.
• Upper-Intermediate English level for effective communication.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and self-discipline to drive project success.
• Monitoring and evaluating performance to ensure project goals are met.
• Organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members for growth.
• Presentation skills to communicate project updates effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the MarTech industry.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
