Arcadia is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. As a Data Analyst - Remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare by aggregating diverse data to improve patient care and reduce costs. What You'll Do

• Join a high-growth Population Health and Analytics team.
• Collaborate in a team environment to build analytical dashboards using AWS QuickSight.
• Analyze large datasets of healthcare data to support customers in value-based care initiatives.
• Work closely with various teams including Product and Customer Insights to gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model.
• Present analytics work internally and externally to stakeholders.
• Identify areas to add value to the team and create compelling visual designs for data communication.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a business intelligence role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with dashboarding tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.
