Creator Success Manager - Remote Role in Creator Economy

About the Role

We are seeking a Creator Success Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Passion.io. This role is pivotal in guiding creators through the onboarding, launch, monetization, and retention phases, ensuring they build sustainable businesses rather than just publishing apps. As a Creator Success Manager, you will manage approximately 45 premium creators, primarily based in the US, and help them refine their offers and pricing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Guide creators through the entire lifecycle from onboarding to monetization, ensuring they leverage new product features effectively.
• Review funnel strategies before launches and identify early churn signals within your portfolio.
• Document progress and revenue milestones, providing valuable insights to creators.
• Conduct momentum calls to challenge creators' thinking and drive their success.
• Run structured business review sessions to monitor Net Revenue Retention (NRR), engagement signals, and health scores.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the evolution of Customer Success strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the creator experience and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in the creator economy and a strong understanding of monetization psychology.
• Ability to design strategies that build momentum and mitigate churn signals.
• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
• Experience in refining lifecycle playbooks and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Proven ability to contribute to the evolution of Customer Success initiatives.
