Middle+ Project Manager - Scrum Master (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Middle+ Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring that our teams are aligned and productive. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Support team members in their professional development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
