About the Role

We are seeking a Middle Project Manager with a strong focus on gaming and FinTech to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Middle Project Manager, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience to lead projects that drive innovation in the gaming sector. What You'll Do

• Lead project planning and execution for gaming and FinTech initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize your expertise in M&A to manage the development of gaming platforms from inception to MVP, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Analyze project metrics such as P&L and ROI to guide decision-making and improve project performance.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and team performance.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends in gaming and FinTech to inform project strategies and innovations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the gaming or FinTech sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L and ROI metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in M&A processes and developing platforms from scratch.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gamification principles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with esports or quick commerce projects.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in gaming technology.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
