• Support the Head of Legal in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments in high-risk environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues related to product development and project management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the FinTech or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, and consumer protection laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract law and corporate governance.
