Mid-Senior UX Designer - Business Side of Healthcare
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our team, focusing on the business side of healthcare. This is a fully remote position where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance user experience and ensure our products meet the needs of end users.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research to analyze similar products and draw inspiration for new designs.
- Assist in user testing to gather feedback and improve product usability.
- Collaborate on prototyping and presentations to showcase designs to executives and stakeholders.
- Document processes and maintain organized records of project developments.
- Adapt to multiple projects and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process from initiation to completion.
- Experience with B2B/B2C and SaaS products.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative on multiple tasks.
- Understanding of accessibility principles in design.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the business side of healthcare, particularly with software for documentation contracts.
- Freelance experience is a plus.
