Mid-Senior QA Engineer - B2B SaaS Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior QA Engineer to join our team at Transreport Limited. This remote QA Engineer position offers the opportunity to work on innovative B2B SaaS solutions that enhance the passenger experience across various transport modes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead manual quality assurance for at least one active product stream.
• Embed earlier into refinement and design processes to strengthen acceptance criteria.
• Improve regression structure and reduce escaped defects.
• Enhance clarity and consistency in our TestRail coverage.
• Act as a trusted release partner for Engineering and Product teams.
• Rotate confidently across UK and Global teams.
• Influence the balance between manual testing and automation coverage.
• Identify recurring quality risks and drive preventative improvements.
• Raise the overall standard of release confidence across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA for web and mobile applications.
• Understanding that QA is a process, not just a phase.
• Comfortable working on both established legacy projects and fast-moving greenfield/scaling projects.
• Familiarity with mobile constraints such as offline mode and location services.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing.
