Mid-Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Product Manager to join our team at Infonetica. This role is pivotal in shaping our B2B SaaS products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Manager remote, you will leverage your expertise to drive product strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

• Determine the why, what, and when of product features.
• Conduct market research to understand business trends and competition.
• Define and lead product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Engage with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Lead product discovery to identify user pain points through direct customer engagement.
• Support the release process and communicate updates to customers.
• Own product adoption and usage outcomes, establishing success measures.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to create user-friendly product features.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance diverse inputs.
• Deep understanding of the product management lifecycle from idea to launch.
• Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to solve problems.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban.
• Proficient in tools like Atlassian suite, Product Board, Figma, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, or business discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leveraging AI and data for product enhancements.
• Good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience in conducting competitor benchmarking.
