Mid-Senior Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Product Designer (Remote) to join our team at Nvoye. This part-time role (10–20 hours/week) is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating impactful tools for public sector teams. As a Product Designer, you will help shape the user experience for our platform, which supports ministries, embassies, and diplomatic teams in their operations.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive interfaces for tools like event planning, contact segmentation, and structured reporting.
• Break down complex diplomatic workflows into clean, scalable design patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to define features from concept to launch.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Help build and maintain a modular design system that ensures consistency across tools.
• Ensure the UI is accessible and functional in low-bandwidth or multilingual environments.
• Participate in sprint reviews and contribute to internal documentation for team-wide visibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product or UX/UI design experience, ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframes, flows, and visual interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end engineering workflows (especially React/Next.js).
• Understanding of public sector operations or diplomatic contexts.
• Experience working across time zones and in intercultural environments.
