About the Role

We are seeking a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team at TRM Labs. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical blockchain intelligence solutions that protect civilization. As a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building robust web applications that manage billions of transactions using modern frameworks like React and Redux.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a large-scale web application that processes blockchain transaction data.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to ship high-quality product features.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Gain a deep understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies to inform product design and direction.
• Work closely with product leads and customers to define and refine our software offerings.
• Stay updated on frontend best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals and a knack for intuitive UX design.
• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js) and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-components).
• Experience in designing and building data-heavy frontend applications.
• Familiarity with virtual currencies and blockchain analysis is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing goals and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
