About the Role

Join Luminor Group as a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud Platform) - Remote! In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, and operation of our cloud platform products. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic banking institution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance cloud platform products using AWS Landing Zone and CloudNative Internal Development Platform.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and promote best practices in DevOps.
• Implement standardized solutions for operational integrity and build observability capabilities.
• Manage cloud inventory and capacity planning effectively.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues promptly.
• Continuously optimize processes and evaluate tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with application teams to ensure operational best practices are followed.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Grafana, and Terraform.
• Background in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Understanding of automation practices and monitoring tools.
• Strong technical foundation across operating systems and networking.
• Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
