What You'll Do

• Generate and produce insightful reports from large datasets using advanced Excel functionalities.
• Present complex data findings to stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making within the HR function.
• Spearhead data manipulation projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all information.
• Collaborate with various levels of stakeholders, confidently communicating data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to a critical project with the potential for long-term impact and extension beyond the initial timeline.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate to advanced features like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS.
• Highly numerate and analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong capability to work accurately and methodically under time pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to commence a full-time temporary assignment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with HR data and metrics.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

What We Offer

• A competitive hourly rate of £15 - £18, translating to an annual salary of approximately £19,500 - £23,400.
