About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As an Automation Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our testing processes. Your expertise in testing methodologies and test lifecycle management will be essential in leading multiple testing initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects, managing multiple parallel initiatives.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, including both manual and automated testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and timelines.
• Utilize defect management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track and manage defects.
• Prepare and execute test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and team members.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in testing, with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience in managing testing efforts for large-scale, complex programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with test management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications in relevant testing methodologies.
