About the Role

We are seeking a driven Mid-Market Account Executive (Spanish Speaking) to join our dynamic team at n8n, a leading open workflow orchestration platform. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe, contributing to our mission of empowering technical teams with innovative automation solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding market.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire sales process from qualification to close, managing deals averaging €35–45K ARR.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Provide valuable feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market deals and achieving high quotas (600K+ ARR).
  • Strong technical acumen with experience selling to IT operations, DevOps, and engineering teams.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and identify growth opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with open-source tools and developer-focused products.
  • Background in startups, particularly those at Series A-C stages.
  • Familiarity with automation and workflow orchestration technologies.
