Mid-Market Account Executive (Spanish Speaking) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Mid-Market Account Executive (Spanish Speaking) to join our dynamic team at n8n, a leading open workflow orchestration platform. What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales process from qualification to close, managing deals averaging €35–45K ARR.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to build a sustainable pipeline.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance sales efficiency.
- Provide valuable feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of closing mid-market deals and achieving high quotas (600K+ ARR).
- Strong technical acumen with experience selling to IT operations, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and identify growth opportunities.

- Experience with open-source tools and developer-focused products.
- Background in startups, particularly those at Series A-C stages.
- Familiarity with automation and workflow orchestration technologies.
