Mid-Level UX Designer - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UX Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Design user-centered interfaces and experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the health tech industry or working with mental health platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
