We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UX Designer to join our team remotely. As a Mid-Level UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital mental health platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user journey. What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the health tech industry or working with mental health platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development skills.
