About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Australian Fair Work regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters confidentially and professionally.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems.
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Advise managers on performance management and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement and remote culture initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practices.
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient with HR systems and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time.
