Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team at Areti Group. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK while contributing to an advanced resource planning platform that is utilized by organizations across the UK and beyond. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain features across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver well-designed solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Support automated testing and quality-first development.
• Own features from idea through build, release, and iteration.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET (Framework or Core) and JavaScript.
• Comfortable working across the stack and eager to learn new technologies.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
• Passion for building user-focused, high-quality software.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue.js.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus).
