Mid-Level Editor - Remote Content Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Editor to join our fully remote team at Graphite. As a Mid-Level Editor remote, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality SEO content for our clients, including renowned companies like Masterclass, Notion, and BetterUp. This position allows you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to impactful content creation.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a team of editors to produce high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment.
• Edit up to 80 articles per month, ensuring adherence to grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, and organization.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' style guides and SEO expectations.
• Manage a team of 4–5 writers, guiding them in crafting 10–20 articles each month.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in writing and/or editing articles within a journalism or SEO content environment.
• Strong logical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach to multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic setting.
