About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Client Solutions & Enablement, a pivotal role in our remote team. As a key member, you will drive the adoption and successful integration of Anchorage Digital's platform for our API clients and partners. This position combines technical expertise with client communication to enhance the overall product experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Technical Implementation Design: Collaborate with Customer Solutions & Enablement colleagues to provide technical guidance throughout the client journey.
  • Build the Developer Experience (DevEx): Refine our developer portal, author high-quality documentation, and create Postman collections to simplify complex concepts.
  • Smart Triage & Support: Implement automation for quicker diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
  • Drive Growth via Analytics: Utilize analytics to identify trends and equip Relationship Managers with actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Work across teams to shape technical and business decisions, influencing the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in API mastery and technical implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.
  • Background in engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with API testing or scripting is a plus.

  • Prior experience in client solution design sessions.
  • Contributions to technical documentation or client-facing materials.
