About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Terminology Expert - Remote to join our innovative team at Doctolib. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of our Patient Health Record App, specifically tailored for the Italian market. As a Medical Terminology Expert, you will help patients manage their health data effectively, share it with medical practitioners, and enhance their understanding of health subjects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to healthcare improvement while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and codify medical terminologies and rules for the Italian version of our Mobile App.
  • Collect and format medical terms based on standard terminologies like ICD10 and SNOMED CT.
  • Adapt labels for patient understanding, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with terminology and product teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Deliver formatted terms to tech teams for integration into the app.
  • Work on a freelance contract with flexible working hours.
  • Engage in a short-term mission during April and May 2025.

Requirements

  • Proven medical skills or knowledge from previous experience in a related field.
  • Experience with medical terminology, particularly ICD10 or SNOMED CT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and rigor in your work.
  • Fluency in Italian is mandatory; good understanding of French or English for team communication is a plus.

  • Experience in healthcare technology or app development.
  • Familiarity with patient health record systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
