What You'll Do
- Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders efficiently.
- Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
- Package material according to customer requirements.
- Operate a sit-down or side loader forklift to move material as needed.
- Complete paperwork and SAP work order confirmations for shipping and receiving.
- Maximize productivity for finished goods creation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned, with responsibilities that may change at any time.
Requirements
- Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of similar job experience preferred.
- Regular attendance and basic math skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer.
- Physical ability to pass a physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility.
- Successful candidates will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of their onboarding and new hire training.
