Marketing & Partnerships Manager - Hybrid Fitness (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing & Partnerships Manager to execute our strategy in Hybrid Fitness marketing and events for Amazfit North America. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence and enhance our in-person engagement within the Hybrid Fitness and Hyrox communities. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement the sports marketing strategy for new and existing products.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Direct, manage, and coach the events staff/team to establish plans, set priorities, and execute to achieve marketing and partnership objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the social, creative, and production teams to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Help manage content shoots and direct programs to improve reputation and recognition in the hybrid fitness space.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environments and consumer trends within the wearable space.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources for projects and events effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of community management and event planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Hybrid Fitness community and trends.
  • Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
