Marketing Director (Architect) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Director (Architect) remote to lead our marketing efforts at a fast-growing company in the Home Improvement Retail & E-Commerce sector. This role offers the opportunity to design scalable marketing systems and make a significant impact on our brand.

What You'll Do

• Own the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Build and scale a modern marketing department, including team structure, processes, tools, and operating rhythm.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Lead digital strategy across website, SEO/AEO, SEM, paid social, and e-commerce.
• Drive conversion and growth across online channels, leveraging AI and marketing technology.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, leadership, and retail teams to align marketing efforts.
• Lead and develop internal team members while managing external agencies and vendors.
• Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting to continuously improve results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Proven experience building or scaling a marketing department from scratch.
• Strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology, AI tools, and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Local to Atlanta or willing to relocate.
