What You'll Do

  • Analyze email performance metrics and document creative elements to enhance future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to derive data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and retrospectives to foster innovative ideas.
  • Gain exposure to microfinance concepts and engage in professional development activities.
  • Utilize tools such as Looker, Google Sheets, and Figma to support your analysis and reporting.
  • Develop an “Insights Report” that will guide future marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to a values-driven and inclusive culture within the organization.
  • Work independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old by January 13, 2026.
  • Intermediate skills in Looker, Google Sheets, Figma, and Iterable.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to a startup environment.
