About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Creative Insights Intern to join our team remotely. As a Marketing Creative Insights Intern, you will gain valuable experience in the nonprofit sector and contribute to impactful projects.
What You'll Do
- Analyze email performance metrics and document creative elements to enhance future campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to derive data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and retrospectives to foster innovative ideas.
- Gain exposure to microfinance concepts and engage in professional development activities.
- Utilize tools such as Looker, Google Sheets, and Figma to support your analysis and reporting.
- Develop an “Insights Report” that will guide future marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to a values-driven and inclusive culture within the organization.
- Work independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old by January 13, 2026.
- Intermediate skills in Looker, Google Sheets, Figma, and Iterable.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized and adaptable to a startup environment.
