Marketing Coordinator - Remote Opportunity for EU

About the Role

DroneShield is seeking a Marketing Coordinator remote to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting regional marketing activities across Europe, ensuring that our brand maintains a strong presence in the defense technology sector. As a Marketing Coordinator remote, you will report directly to the Marketing Director based in the US, collaborating closely with various teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for regional trade shows and industry events, ensuring seamless execution as a Marketing Coordinator remote.
• Support pre-event marketing amplification and post-event follow-up coordination.
• Uphold brand standards across all event materials and assist with on-site execution as required.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for the European sales team, maintaining the marketing activity calendar for the region.
• Assist with campaign execution, follow-ups, and coordinate marketing collateral distribution.
• Track regional marketing activities and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
• Support content localization and manage vendor relationships and regional suppliers.
• Provide general marketing team support across various initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or event coordination, ideally in a remote marketing coordinator role.
• Experience supporting large-scale trade shows or live events is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across functions.
• Basic graphic design skills (inDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are a plus.
• Experience in the defense, technology, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• German language skills are preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
