Marketing Advisor - Real Estate Industry

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Advisor to join Compass, a leader in the real estate tech industry. This role is based in our Los Angeles office, where you will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing strategies of our agents. As a Marketing Advisor, you will help our clients enhance their marketing efforts, making them more efficient and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Deliver world-class client service while consulting with our customers daily to identify their marketing needs.
• Build strategic marketing plans that guide our agents to success and help execute these plans efficiently.
• Develop an understanding of the Compass platform and advocate for its value to our customers.
• Create strategic marketing plans that maximize the effectiveness of budgets against tactics that achieve marketing goals.
• Organize and assemble templated creative work such as print ads and brochures using InDesign.
• Liaise between the design team and agents to ensure cohesion between the Compass brand and marketing deliverables.
• Analyze and optimize customer marketing plans to inform future strategies, exceeding agent expectations.
• Stay attuned to national and local real estate market trends and cultivate relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with empathy.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning across various channels.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and social media strategies.
