About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated KYC Operations Member - Remote to join our team at Anchorage Digital. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our KYC processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing an exceptional client experience. As a member of our KYC Operations team, you will be instrumental in executing KYC due diligence effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough client KYC reviews for new prospects and clients based on established policies and procedures.
• Develop a deep understanding of institutional KYC requirements to apply them appropriately across various client types, including traditional and crypto-native institutions.
• Lead and manage your process from start to finish, identifying gaps and navigating roadblocks with ease.
• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to prioritize tasks and track the KYC pipeline.
• Deliver KYC reviews in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Engage in cross-team communication to support the broader mission of Anchorage Digital.
• Contribute to team discussions and initiatives, sharing insights and feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience performing due diligence reviews for institutional clients such as investment managers, funds, and banks.
• Ability to compile AML and non-AML due diligence through public research.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles, providing support and guidance to clients or middle office teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and projects while meeting strict deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience and understanding of crypto-native institutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• A passion for building early-stage startups.
