About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manager, Proposal Content & Quality - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Manage the proposal content development process, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

• Utilize AI tools and other technologies to streamline proposal writing and content management.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in proposal writing and content quality assurance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using proposal management software and AI tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B tech or life sciences industries.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign management.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality assurance processes.
