About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Manager of Onboarding Operations - EMEA Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services. As a Manager of Onboarding Operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client experience and driving operational excellence across the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the onboarding operations for clients in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and effective integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding process and improve client satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess onboarding performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Manage a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Implement strategies to streamline onboarding processes and reduce time-to-value for clients.
- Evaluate client feedback and onboarding metrics to continuously refine the onboarding experience.
- Engage in strategic thinking to align onboarding operations with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in onboarding or customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce.com, SAP, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with payroll operations and compliance standards (U.S. GAAP, Dutch GAAP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
