Maintenance Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join Valvoline Global Operations in a remote capacity. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring the reliable and safe operation of our manufacturing facilities. Your focus will be on organizing and enhancing maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and actively participating in investment projects.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate ongoing and preventive maintenance using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Analyze equipment failures and improve reliability through effective maintenance strategies.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment (FAT/SAT).
• Coordinate external contractors and control maintenance costs to ensure budget adherence.
• Monitor and enforce all safety and legal standards within the maintenance operations.
• Develop and support the maintenance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the technical development of the facilities and work on investment projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and practices.
• Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Project management experience is a plus.
