About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator - Remote to support our stores in Poland, ensuring their maintenance and technical condition are optimal. As the first point of contact, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, and the quality of service provided by our partners continually improves.
What You'll Do
- Implement the service plan for our stores by managing repair orders and maintenance tasks.
- Manage service requests and update data on the maintenance management platform.
- Coordinate the delivery of necessary materials to our stores in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Implement new processes and optimize costs.
- Ensure the maintenance of established service levels.
Requirements
- Strong multitasking abilities, excellent organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional experience in a similar role within operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and other IT systems.
- Experience in general administrative tasks, preferably in the retail sector.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
Nice to Have
- Experience in facilities management.
- Knowledge of service management software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
