About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Shop Operator remote to join our operations team at AFC Industries. This position primarily supports the Xylan Coating Department, ensuring that customer orders are coated accurately, handled efficiently, and prepared for on-time shipment. As a Machine Shop Operator remote, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain management solutions for fasteners and assembly components.

What You'll Do

• Perform Xylan coating on customer orders according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect coated parts for accuracy, consistency, and finish quality.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and staging.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate equipment and tools required for coating and warehouse tasks.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
