Logistics Solutions Principal - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Solutions Principal to join our team at Camunda, a leader in enterprise agentic automation. This Logistics Solutions Principal remote position is pivotal as we expand our Product Marketing team to define and lead the Business Process Orchestration and Automation (BOAT) category. As we grow past the $100M ARR mark, this role will bridge the gap between our platform capabilities and market needs.

What You'll Do

• Own the Narrative: Act as the subject matter expert for the Logistics sector, translating complex capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with your specific target audience.
• Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the launch and adoption strategies for key initiatives, orchestrating GTM execution across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our message lands effectively in the Logistics space.
• Create High-Impact Content: Build collateral that helps our sales team win, including technical white papers, architectural guides, business-level pitch decks, and joint solution briefs.
• Empower the Field: Equip sales and customer success teams with the tools they need to have credible conversations with buyers, ranging from technical architects to C-level business executives.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep dives into market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify white space and guide our strategic roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or strategic marketing at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Deep experience marketing to C-level executives in the Logistics industry, with solid knowledge of how the sector has evolved and where it is heading.
• Able to take complex concepts and turn them into compelling stories that drive action.
• Proven ability to lead by influence and work seamlessly with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams.
• Comfortable presenting at events, conducting press interviews, and hosting webinars.

Nice to Have

• Experience with transportation and freight management, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain planning, and logistics workflows.
• Familiarity with logistics technologies and trends.
