Logistic Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and timely supply of spare parts to our service technicians. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service team, making this a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about logistics and healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to service technicians.
• Order and track delivery dates from our central warehouse and external suppliers.
• Book incoming goods, control incoming invoices, and adjust prices in the ERP system.
• Resolve order disruptions and handle complaints using Trackwise.
• Request items and create articles for spare parts and trade goods for Arjo in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Manage returns of spare parts and their reuse through a local warehouse.
• Conduct inventory for service technician warehouses.
• Communicate in both German and English with service technicians, suppliers, and our central warehouse.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an administrative employee.
• Customer and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Ability to coordinate logistical processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of English is desirable.

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Fluency in additional languages.
