What You'll Do

• Review and refine AI-generated design outputs to align with product design standards.
• Evaluate designs for usability and accessibility, ensuring they meet user needs.
• Draft realistic design scenarios and product briefs that guide the development process.
• Assess AI reasoning in design-related topics to improve output quality.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives to enhance design relevance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are user-friendly and effective.
• Participate in a guided screening process for applicants to maintain quality standards.
• Work flexible hours, suitable for those with existing commitments.

Requirements

• Experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or interaction designer.
• Located in the EU or UK.
• Several years of experience in product, UX, or interface design.
• Familiarity with modern design tools and methodologies.
• Ability to identify usability and accessibility issues effectively.
• Available for 8 to 20 hours per week.
• Able to start in the coming weeks.
