About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Legal E-filing Specialist - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing electronic filings for various legal documents, ensuring compliance with court regulations, and providing administrative support to law firms. What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee the electronic filing of legal documents in compliance with court requirements.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams, including document management and calendar coordination.
• Conduct regulatory research and assist in legal analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
• Collaborate with various law firms to streamline e-filing processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in legal e-filing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of court filing procedures and legal terminology.
• Proficiency in document management systems and e-filing platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Aderant or similar legal billing software.
• Knowledge of estate planning and family law.
