Learning and Talent Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Talent Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is essential for supporting our Learning, Talent, and Education Programs, including various development initiatives. As a Learning and Talent Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of participant program care while gaining exposure to multiple teams and leaders across the company.
What You'll Do
- Manage logistics for Learning and Talent Programs, including booking venues, travel arrangements, and participant communication.
- Coordinate training materials, swag, certificates, and agendas for various training sessions.
- Maintain budget records and reconcile expenses associated with programs.
- Assist in organizing large company culture events and maintain participant lists and communication.
- Support campus recruiting efforts by coordinating career fairs and campus visits.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and taking ownership of projects.
- Arrange candidate interviews and ensure effective communication with all parties involved.
- Support Performance Management and Culture Committee initiatives through training bookings and communication.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a detail-oriented role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the year.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Ag Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with travel planning and coordination.
- Experience in a corporate training environment.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
What We Offer
- Base salary range of $58,000 - $70,000.
