What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new products and features, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design principles across the organization.
• Utilize tools such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like TypeScript, React, and Node.js is a plus.
• Experience in B2B SaaS product design is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of customer research and usability testing methods.
