About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team at Bakken & Bæck, a leading design and technology studio. As a Lead Product Designer remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with peers across disciplines to strengthen teamwork and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Represent the product design practice in client conversations, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Work closely with ambitious clients, from early-stage startups to industry leaders, pushing the limits of their fields.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product design experience, with deep expertise across design and technology.
  • Comfortable moving between vision and detail, connecting strategy and craft.
  • Skilled at bringing clarity to complex problems and guiding teams toward confident decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, building alignment and momentum across teams and clients.
  • Experience leading fast-moving, multidisciplinary projects from concept to launch.
  • Genuine curiosity for new tools, emerging technologies, and the evolving contexts in which they exist.
